*At present I'm accepting the following methods of payment: personal check, cashier's check, money order, PayPal. Make all checks/money orders payable to: WILLIAM J. FELCHNER. Payment is expected within 10 days of notification.
*I generally ship first class/priority mail USPS, with insurance where warranted. For money orders, cashier's checks and PayPal, I ship within 24 hours. Personal checks (unless the party is known to me) are held 10-14 days.
*Any item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus the shipping charge. Please notify me via email on any return plans you may have.
*I have shipped throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Brazil, Germany, et al. and have never had a lost package or a returned item. There's a certain art to packaging and securing items for shipment, and I would like to think that I have mastered that – knock on wood.
