*At present I'm accepting the following methods of payment: PayPal, personal check, cashier's check, money order. Make all checks/money orders payable to: WILLIAM J. FELCHNER. Payment via check or money order is expected within 9 days of notification.
*I generally ship USPS first class package, priority mail or media mail with tracking. For PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks, I ship within one business day. Personal checks (unless the party is known to me) are held 10-14 days for clearance.
*Combined shipping on all orders is available. Just ask via email.
*Any item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, minus the shipping charge. Buyer pays return shipping. Please notify me first via email on any return plans you may have.

*I have successfully shipped throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Sweden, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Russian Federation, Mexico, France, Denmark, Italy, Belgium, et al. and have never had a lost package. There's a certain art to packaging and securing items for shipment, and I would like to think that I have mastered that – knock on wood.
